• Dear tenderer: The International Labor Office (ILO) is looking for a person to perform functions as an external collaborator. The work to be done is summarized below:The consultancy seeks to support the pilot implementation of the Observatory of Data on Human Trafficking and Exploitation, through the integration, standardization and uploading of information from different public organizations on a digital platform with restricted access, following the Smartlab model of Brazil. The work is It aims to address existing challenges linked to the dispersion, duplication and heterogeneity of data, strengthening its quality and usefulness for evidence-based decision making. To do this, a minimum viable set of data will be consolidated, ensuring its compatibility with a common indicator-oriented structure, the use of aggregated data and georeferencing through official coding. Tasks include the review and organization of databases, the identification of inconsistencies, standardization of variables, geolocation of information, elimination of duplications and validation of consistency between sources. Likewise, the adaptation of the datasets to the technical requirements of the model will be carried out. Smartlab, its preloading on the digital platform and the validation of its quality and interoperability in coordination with the participating organizations.
