• Call for external consultant: Design and implementation of tools and institutional guidelines of the Argentine Industrial Union (UIA) to accompany training companies, strengthening the situated training of young people. Dear Bidder: The Office International Labor Organization (ILO) is looking for a person to perform functions as an external collaborator. The work to be carried out is summarized below: Design and develop a tool kit and institutional guidelines to accompany companies trainers, aimed at strengthening the situated training of young people in Argentina, in support of the Argentine Industrial Union (UIA). The objective is to strengthen the institutional capacity of the UIA to promote and accompany the link between the educational system and the productive sector, through practical tools that facilitate the participation of companies—especially MSMEs—in training processes and contribute to improving youth employability.Activities:1. Survey and systematization of devices existing school-business linkages in Argentina, including regulated modalities and non-formalized practices, and identification of gaps and opportunities for improvement. 2. Design of a staggered school-business linkage model adapted to MSMEs, considering different levels of business involvement. 3. Development of a SME Training Company Kit with practical tools (operational guides, self-diagnosis, training plans and articulation protocols). 4. Technical validation through pilot implementation in coordination with the UIA, including adjustments and improvements. 5.
