Object of hiring: this request Its purpose is to exchange kilograms of living weight of novillitos by kilograms of void -packed stem meat and in frozen boxes, to fin of optimizing the use of resources available in the management. This modality allows to transform cattle, difficult to distribute and storage, into a final product suitable for its immediate use, with better conditions of conservation, transport and health safety. Thermo contraction packaged meat offers greater protection against possible contamination or violations, thus guaranteeing a safe and efficient supply destined for the consumption of vaccine meat for the 4th quarter of 2025 of the Argentine army units with a seat in the metropolitan area (City Bell and El Palomar), Province of Buenos Aires (Tandil, Azul, Olavarria, Junin, Piguee, La Plata, Magdalena,) and Province of La Pampa (Santa Rosa, General Pico, Toay) .-
