- Expression of Interest are invited for “Modernization of Tributary and Disaster Management Systems” Provincia De La Rioja The Argentine Nation has received financing from the French Development Agency (the "AFD"), there is the intention to use a part of this amount to carry out the related pages to the project of STRENGTHENING OF THE GENERAL DIRECTION OF CADASTRE OF THE PROVINCE OF THE RIOJA. The Applicant's Services will have the purpose of strengthening the Provincial Tax System in its Real Estate Tax component, through the incorporation of updated technologies and methodologies that improve the administration of information and interoperability of the General Directorate of Provincial Cadastre of the Ministry of Housing, Land and Habitat of the province of La Rioja, in an estimated place of eighteen (18) months. In terms of specific objects, the exposed ones are planted in continuation, through the general activities described: • Modernization of the computer management system and the reengineering of the key processes of the General Directorate of Provincial Cadastre that include: - Generate a base of geographic data and alphanumeric data for the DGCP. Consists of Elaborating a basic structure of geographical and alphanumeric data; Debugging and cargo of data (graphics and alphanumeric) existing in the new base of geographic data and in the disordered disaster management system; Vector data capture to complete the urban and rural cadastral cartography of the province; Validation of constructions and improvements detected in the previous tasks in the capital city of La Rioja.
