- Expression of Interest are invited for Smart Parking Policies for Sustainable Transport: Deep Dive Buenos Aires The project aims to develop a parking management policy for the autonomous city of Buenos Aires. The activity aims to provide recommendations to improve the efficiency and capacity of transportation supply, the innovations in smart parking management that are expected to alleviate the urban traffic demand-supply imbalance and support the government defining parking policies to support their transition to net-zero emissions. The project aims to deliver: (i) Conduct a diagnosis of the Fare Parking System in Buenos Aires , (ii) Benchmarking international experiences, (iii) Recommend strategies to improve the control and collection of the Fare Parking System as a Transportation Demand Management tool, (iv) create a parking management strategy and a roadmap for the expansion of the Fare Parking System and (v) prepare a regulatory proposal for the creation of a fund to receive resources from the Parking Fee System and channel them to sustainable modes of transportation
