- Request for proposals are invited for supervision of CAF-PPSA studies in Argentina, Ecuador and Paraguay. RFP-s objective is to identify the consultancy company which will perform the supervision. The general objective of the consultancy is to supervise the quality of the water sector studies to be carried out within the framework of CAF-PPSA III in order to subsequently be able to tender the associated works and accelerate the execution cycle of the operations of the Program. For this, it is planned to contract an EXTERNAL SUPERVISION that supervises five studies.
